NODE GROWTH（ノードグロース）湘南台では、年内に進学先が決定する方の予約受付を開始しました。ご希望をお伺いし、2025年中にお部屋を選べます。家賃発生は春の契約開始からです◎

3月に解約される方のお部屋が、例年9月から10月にかけておおよそ確定するため、この時期に翌春に入居可能な部屋のご案内が可能です。この部屋情報を予約受付した方に、いち早くお伝えすることで、ご希望条件の部屋を早期に申込むことが可能です。

共通テスト終了から一般入試の合格発表の期間は、お部屋を探し始める人が急増するため、早めのお部屋探しがおすすめです。

ノードグロースでは、生活スタイルやご予算にあわせて、スタンダードタイプ / シェアタイプの2種類のお部屋を用意しています。全室家具付きで、お引っ越し手間や費用を抑えることができます。マットレス、寝具とカーテンをご用意頂ければ、すぐに生活をスタートできます。

スタンダードタイプ個室

標準的な水回りつき16m²前後タイプです。バスタブ付きプランと、シャワーブースみとして居室広さを確保した２パターンをご用意しております。なお、全室バス・トイレ別、独立洗面台となっています。机、椅子、ベッド台家具付き、女性専用フロアもご用意しております。

　・部屋面積：15.45m²〜17.45m²

　・付属設備：バスまたはシャワー、トイレ、独立洗面台

　・付属備品：照明、デスク、イス、ベッド台（マットレス要購入）、壁面収納、ハンガーラック（バトン）、シューズラック、Wi-Fi、光回線インターネット

シェアタイプ個室

トイレ・シャワーをフロアでシェアするタイプ個室です。「家賃をリーズナブルにおさえつつ、学生レジデンスメリットを享受したい」という方向けプランです。男性専用フロアと女性専用フロアがあります。シェアタイプには洋室トイレが4つ、シャワーブースが3つ、浴槽が1つフロアにあり、入居者の皆様でシェア頂きます。フロアにお住まいの方で顔を合わせる機会がもっとも多く、学年や大学を超えて仲良くなることが多いです。

NODE GROWTH

CONCEPT

NODE GROWTH is a new student residence near Shonandai station – an area that is known as a student town.
NODE GROWTH provides a gathering place and a connecting point for the local community and an environment where students can grow by forming new relationships with other residents. It is a place for students who wish to enjoy university life, discover themselves through new experiences and find friends for life.

Communal areas as spaces of interaction

The common spaces double as communication spaces where you can casually connect with other residents.

Furnished private rooms

NODE GROWTH Shonandai offers two types of rooms – the standard type and share type. All rooms are furnished and have internet access. Utilities have a fixed priced, additional application for those services is not required.

Standard type room includes a bathtub or a shower booth. All rooms have a separate toilet and bathroom unit, a sink and are fully furnished. There is also a girls-only floor available.

Efficient security system

The residence is equipped with automatic locks, security cameras, elevators that stop only on designated floors and contactless IC tags to monitor entry. There is also a security company always on standby in case of emergencies.

The residence is located a one-minute walk away from Shonandai station. The streets are well lit making it a safe environment even at night time. The building is a new reinforced concrete structure with excellent noise canceling and earthquake-proof qualities.

Healthy breakfast and dinner served daily
The 1st-floor cafeteria is a branch of Relax Shokudo that serves healthy meals to students in Sendai, Hiroshima, Osaka, and Shiga, and to office workers in Harajuku, Tokyo. The menu is developed by professional nutritionists to help create and support a balanced lifestyle. NODE GROWTH accepts students from various universities. Residents can meet and become friends with other students from diverse fields of study who have different backgrounds and values in their daily life at the residence.

The residence will organize a variety of educational programs developed in cooperation with local universities and businesses, as well as networking events with university alumni.
Resident assistant system

NODE GROWTH has a resident assistant system to support first-year students and international exchange students. The resident assistant helps to create a supportive environment for a diverse community of residents.
